Trening — polityka prywatności

Obowiązuje od 13 października 2026 r. (wersja aplikacji 0.16.0).

Apple Health (opcjonalnie)

Jeśli włączysz zapis do Apple Health w Ustawieniach, aplikacja zapisuje tam zakończone treningi — siłowe i cardio (czas, rodzaj treningu, nazwa, łączna objętość i liczba serii).

Jeśli włączysz w Ustawieniach „Pokazuj dane z Apple Health”, aplikacja prosi iOS o zgodę i odczytuje z Apple Health: kroki, treningi (także z zegarka), tętno i aktywną energię. Odczyt wyłączysz w Ustawieniach, a zgodę cofniesz w aplikacji Zdrowie (profil → Aplikacje) albo w ustawieniach iOS (Zdrowie → Dostęp do danych i urządzenia). Dane w Apple Health podlegają zasadom Apple.

Zakupy (subskrypcja)

Kopia zapasowa i eksport

Trening — Privacy Policy

Effective 13 October 2026 (app version 0.16.0).

In short

The Trening app does not collect any data. Everything you enter stays on your iPhone, and data read from Apple Health (if you turn that on) is only displayed on your phone. The app does not connect to the internet and has no account, ads, analytics or tracking.

What is stored and where

Apple Health (optional)

If you turn on saving to Apple Health in Settings, the app writes finished workouts there — strength and cardio (duration, workout type, name, total volume and number of sets). A workout that could not be saved is saved again the next time the app starts. When your watch records the same workout, the app removes its own copy from Apple Health — only the entry it saved itself.

If you turn on “Show data from Apple Health” in Settings, the app asks iOS for permission and reads from Apple Health: steps, workouts (including from your watch), heart rate and active energy. It shows them only on your phone's screen — steps and other activities in your day plan, the daily average of steps over the last 7 days in the weekly view and, for a strength workout recorded by your watch, average and maximum heart rate and active calories. The data it reads exists only in the app's memory while a screen shows it: the app does not store it in its database, in backups or in CSV exports, does not send it anywhere and does not use it for advertising, marketing or analytics. The app does not judge or interpret these values and gives no medical advice. You can turn reading off in Settings and revoke access in the Health app (profile → Apps) or in iOS settings (Health → Data Access & Devices). Data in Apple Health is governed by Apple's terms.

Purchases (subscription)

Purchases and subscriptions are handled entirely by Apple (the App Store) — the app has no account, server or payment service and never sees your payment details. On your iPhone it only remembers the last known access status (full or free, and its end date) so it works offline; this status is not included in backups and is never sent anywhere.

Notifications

Reminders (end of rest, planned workout) are local notifications created on the device. The app does not use push notifications and does not send any data to servers.

Backup and export

Backups and CSV exports are files saved on your device (Files app). Only you share them — for example via the iOS share sheet. Once shared, a file is subject to the terms of the service you use. A backup contains all app data, including body-mass measurements; a CSV export contains only workout sets (no body mass). A file prepared for sharing is removed from the app's cache once the share sheet closes.

Deleting data

Delete your data in the app (More → Settings → Erase all data) or by deleting the app. Backups saved in Files are deleted in the Files app.

Children

The app does not collect data from anyone, including children.

When you write to us

The app still sends nothing — you send the email, from your own mail app. If you write to support@apps4brew.com, we handle your message as follows:

Changes and contact
